These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of RestauHub. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using RestauHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are agreeing on behalf of a restaurant, group, or company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
RestauHub provides digital menu, QR ordering, kitchen management, inventory, reservations, and related tools for restaurants ("Outlets"). Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally authorized to operate the restaurant outlet(s) you register on the platform.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select (e.g. every 6 months or yearly) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the menu items, images, pricing, and other content you upload ("Restaurant Content"). You grant RestauHub a license to host, display, and process this content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You're responsible for ensuring your Restaurant Content is accurate and doesn't infringe on others' rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to process orders for a business you are not authorized to represent.
7. Third-party integrations
The Service may connect with third-party POS, payment, or accounting providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms. RestauHub is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, we'll provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestauHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
